The legend of The Oriental dates back over 125 years when it first opened its doors as a seaman’s lodge along the fabled Chao Phya River. Since that time, the legend has continued to grow, and today it is recognized as one of the world’s premier hotels.

- The River wing which under went a full renovation in 2000 and 2001was the newest addition to the hotel. This building stands tall over the Chao Phya river and boasts impressive views of The River of Kings

Located in the River Wing and newly renovated, these rooms are decorated with Thai accents throughout and enjoy magnificent river views through large floor to ceiling windows.
